Purification Ceremony at Pura Gunung Kawi Sebatu
Visitors can participate in an authentic Balinese ceremony for a spiritual cleaning process to wash away evil spirits and purify the body and soul during a purification ceremony, also known locally as Melukat.
At the Puri Gangga Resort lobby, the staff will help guests put on the traditional Balinese Kebaya and Sarong before the ceremony. The ceremony will be conducted after everything is ready inside the resort’s holy temple grounds.
Our Team will accompany the guests while they undergo the purifying rite with a Balinese priest. The cleansing ceremony is best performed in the early morning, thus we typically advise our clients to schedule their visit around 7:00 am.
